Applying for a property
Applying for a property with Central Scotland Lettings is a straightforward process designed to create a perfect match between tenants and landlords. Here’s how it works:
- Online Application: Start by completing an application form through our partner, My Rental CV, available at www.myrentalcv.co.uk. This ensures a streamlined and user-friendly experience from the beginning.
- Essential Documentation: To verify identity and financial stability, applicants must provide proof of ID (such as a passport or driver’s license), proof of income (recent payslips, employment contract, or tax returns), and the last three months of bank statements. These documents help us assess your ability to meet rental payments and ensure financial responsibility.
- Prompt and Thorough Review: Submitting your documents along with the application form allows our team to review everything efficiently. If all requirements are met, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, such as arranging property viewings or further consultations.

Matt Morrison
Matt has been involved full time in property since 2020 and has quickly grown his reputation to be one of the ‘go-to guys’ for property investment in Scotland.
During that period, Matt has been involved in over 250 property transactions throughout Scotland and the North-East of England.
As well as his role within Central Scotland Lettings, his own business Matt Morrison Property Group specialise in sourcing off market, discounted buy to let investments, project managing refurbishments. In May 2023, Matt started estate agency ‘’Standard Sale UK’’ and since inception, the business has gone from strength to strength growing steadily.
Not only does Matt undertake this for client, but he is also an active developer buying, flipping & trading properties personally.
Matt is passionate about all thing’s property & prides his self on being able to supply good quality investment properties for clients, as well as first class communication & support.

Willy Dodd
Willy is a seasoned property industry professional with over 16 years of experience. He began his career in 2008 with the City of Edinburgh Council’s maintenance team before moving to the private sector in 2010 with Your Move, where he managed nationwide property portfolios and navigated the sector’s shift towards greater regulation.
In 2016, Willy joined DJ Alexander, becoming a key figure in their maintenance team and playing a pivotal role in implementing their internal CRM system, ‘SOLA’. By 2019, he had earned the Letwell Accreditation through the Chartered Institute of Housing and founded M.A.S.K Property Management. He focused on enhancing the landlord experience, recognizing the need for a more personalized approach in the property management sector. Under his leadership, M.A.S.K. quickly grew, becoming the appointed letting agent for Embankment West, Edinburgh, managing a portfolio of 130 flats.
Willy regularly represents clients at the First Tier Tribunal, with a strong success rate, recovering over £9,000 in due payments in 2019 and 2020 alone. He is also a regular speaker at the Scottish Property Podcast networking events, providing expert updates on lettings.
